Once the design of the column base plate is performed, it is expected that the shift of the analysis axis would be considered in the design results (i.e. anchor tension). Currently, RAM Connection considers only an additional moment produced due to an offset of the axial force. However, once the column is offset, the applied bending moments should also be shifted by the offset distance rather than applying it on the center of the base plate. This of course would have an impact on the design results.
