I had a connection that required a shear connection framing from one beam, a moment connection from another beam and a horizontal brace from another beam all at one column. The detailer needed a combined detail merged as one. As another example, we had a brace framing to a base plate coming from two directions. Configuration and layout of the baseplate were crucial. Really wish RAM connection would have a "merge joint" command to make this possible. It's so common, that AI search would suggest through an assumption that this is possible.
