Additional rebar end constraints for concrete beams

The detailing of concrete beam allows unhooked and hooked bar ends. It would be great to also include headed bars or other conditions that may be addressed by ACI 318. Also, I had a condition where I was connecting a cantilevered concrete beam to another material using extended all-thread rebar and coupling it to a steel plate. It would would be great to be able to have some means of flexibility in defining the bar end conditions so that the capacity isn't reduced by the defined or apparent development length within the member. I can currently extend the bars beyond the beam, but I'm not sure that is the best approach. Thank you!
