Add 'round-trip' functionality for the Concrete Beam and Concrete Column design modules between modules and Elements base model.

The Concrete Beam Design module and the Concrete Column Design modules are not fully integrated with Elements with round-trip functionality. You can export geometry, loads, and selected design parameters from an Elements model to these modules, perform design and optimization, and then these designs can only be saved in their native file formats (.rcb for beams and .ccd for columns). It would be useful if the beam or column design from the module can be saved back to the original Elements model and can be reopened in the module with the originally designed reinforcing from at a later time rather than opening a blank design.

A common case this would be used is when a load on a beam or column changes in the base Elements model and the previous design needs to be checked again for the new loads. This would allow for more efficient design processes since the user would not have to remodel the previously designed reinforcing to check the beam design still works.

This 'round-trip' functionality is available in the foundations and walls modules already. These modules do not erase the saved design when a user opens the component in the module from the Elements model at a later time.
