Allow the user an option for the beam and column module to show end reactions of frame beams and include frame columns in base plate design / summary.  Even if with a warning.

In many cases I need to define a member as a frame member because it is supporting a frame member.  Often in these cases the vertical reaction of lateral loads in insignificant compared to gravity loads and the 1.2D+1.6L load combination governs anyway.  This is especially true in wind only or low seismic cases.

The built in base plate feature is very convenient but not as useful as it could be because many columns are excluded.
