Allow for users to specify/override the Cp Leeward value in ASCE 7 wind generation to account for buildings built as additions to existing structures or allow for future additions to the current model. Current wind generation is unconservative in these instances and manually applied loads are quite onerous for complex buildings.
I assume you would need a Cp Leeward override for each direction, but not for each diaphragm/story.
