RAM CONNECTION_For all of the end plate connection,we can choose 4 columns of bolts,but the software doesn't check.the design result is same as 2 columns of bolts
Hello, we have checked this issue and solved it, there was a glitch in the bolt capacities related on how the effective plate width was calculated for 4 bolts. This will be available for version 23.0.1 end of August.

If I understand correctly your idea is that the utility that is used to provide a connection arrangement, can optimise between similar connections that have either 2 or 4 columns of bolts (e.g. MEP BCF), which can have either a 2 column or 4 column bolt arrangement. This is an idea that the RAM Connection team would need to review and comment on so I am moving the idea to their portal.
